a lot of the problems i have with cooking shows on TV are the jerks that host them. for the most part, their unbearable loud-mouth-know-it-all’s who are just looking for a little attention and even more money. so in my search for cooking blogs/recipes/videos that i could actually stomach, i stumbled over this website called GOOP which apparently was created by Gwyneth Paltrow as a resource of sorts for women and mothers, (or swm’s googling Gwyneth Paltrow). now just to let you all know, i really like Gwyneth Paltrow, (unlike some people apparently). in fact, if you were to respond to that by saying something along the line’s of, “then why don’t you marry her,” i would be like “okay… she’s very wifeable.” so when i came across her amazing food page, i was only all too eager to share it with the rest of you. above is just one of the many videos that she’s posted, this one for a dish called bibimbap, a sort of “everything and the kitchen sink” type korean dish.  i suppose what i like most about this and the other videos is just how casual and down to earth she really is, almost as if she’s not Gwyneth fucking Paltrow, but just some mom sharing one of her favorite meals while learning about the dish herself. it’s certainly a breath of fresh air when compared to some of the other alternatives out there, and the recipes are amazing. so go take a look for yourself, even if you don’t like to cook. after all, you still get to stare at Gwyney.
